Job Details
Responsibilities
- To assist the Dean and IBSS senior management team to prepare timely annual surveys and reports for accreditation committees;
- To manage and track faculty accreditation classifications;
- To monitor and facilitate accreditation action plans;
- To liaise with the Liverpool Management School for data exchange;
- To act as the School Operational Contact to handle accreditation related school billing and administrative affairs on behalf of the official representative;
- To organize accreditation related meetings, travel logistics and reimbursement;
- To coordinate and update academic-related statistics and information in the Sedona system to support school accreditation projects;
- To provide back up to other functions within the School Office Team when required.
Requirements
- Experience of working in international environment, ideally in the higher education sector
- First degree in business and management subject area
- Awareness of cultural diversity within an international environment, ideally in the higher education sector
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese
- Detail oriented personality, comfortable with time consuming and occasionally repetitive work
- Ability to work on a variety of tasks at the same time, and to prioritise tasks/activities effectively, along with the ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to deal effectively with a wide range of people, to work as part of a team, and to liaise with colleagues where work interests overlap
- Attention to detail in working on reports and correspondence
- Ability to deal with confidential matters and act with discretion
