What is the role of high commitment human resource management practices in how organisations can achieve better employee relations and more effective HR systems? Individual employees and groups / teams perform their activities with a varying degree of trust, commitment and effort levels. Recent behaviour theories suggest that human biases may play a central role in how individuals relate with each other and commit themselves to organisational goals. There are many complex ways to identify these biases and the extent to which one can understand their influence on decision making processes, within and outside teams and organisations.
