The company is technology pioneer, with a goal to expand their capability in the field of transformation and delivery, this role is to help provide the organisation develop a a centre of excellence around Assurance, Risk and Internal Controls to drive better demand management and a data and Governance Risk & Control strategy. The overall purpose to drive impactful business insights that help drive growth and achieve growth.

You will be able to use your knowledge of creating centres of excellence across risk management, also you will draw upon your expertise of creating risk management frameworks across digital, regulatory and compliance transformation, utilising your strong stakeholder management, agile style to ensure a new risk framemwork is delivered and that is adds overall value. The role is focused on the following delivery,

Liaise with Head of Operations and Head of Technology to define customer centric standard reporting packages and approach to ad-hoc reporting requirements

Participate in and support the development of the next level of risk management strategy implementation

  • Develop a Business Engagement organizational structure (demand vs supply) to ensure
    efficient receipt and delivery of demand requirements
  • Develop a global hub for risk management to support delivery of services to global internal
    businesses managing risk in a consistent way
  • Create a well-defined and holistic service catalogue based on customer type (Region,
    Country, Division, Business Unit)
  • Create an effective customer service framework to address performance monitoring,
    escalation and resolution process
  • Ensure that a multifunctional and multicultural competent team is in place. Develop
    resource planning tool/mechanism to ensure adequacy of resources for timely delivery of
    requirements
  • Support recruitment of skilled Demand Managers for each of the customer groups
  • Lead and promote 'Service Provider' and "governance" role and concept for ARIC services
  • Lead and Coach employees in the Demand Management organization
  • Participate and lead in global Assurance, Risk and Internal Controls initiatives and
    projects
