Our client based in Greater Manchester is just one such opportunity that could see you start the year off right. This independent consultancy is looking for an experienced acoustic consultant to join their team working across the North West on various projects in both Building and Environmental acoustics. As a smaller team there is a greater focus on sharing the projects equally ensuring a diverse workload and a chance to expand your own experience on a wider scale.

The position would see a consultant tackle noise surveys and assessments across residential, industrial, transport and various other projects. Your responsibilities will also include working with building acoustic designs, sound testing, creating models and writing technical reports. Though depending on your experience, further tasks would be readily available for you to tackle or learn.

What we are looking for in a candidate is ideally someone with a minimum of 2 years experience in acoustic consulting from a UK based consultancy. A background in either building or environmental acoustics is necessary though having both would be a bonus.

Furthermore, any previous experience managing your own projects would be ideal but not essential.
