Profile Brief:

You have excellent interpersonal relationship skills alongside with the will to tackle an international challenge. In addition, you are target oriented, by establishing long-lasting relationships with Key account holders, thanks to autonomy but also listening skills.

I am looking for a candidate that has:

At least 3 years experience in a similar position - Business Developer or KAM in an international CRO in the Flemish part of Belgium.

A significant knowledge of the CRO business and the main challenges this employs.

A solid overview of Clinical Study management and Data Science.

A profound knowledge of the Flemish market and the Flemish language and culture (native Flemish).

The Job:


Your main tasks will be:


- Handle the Key accounts portfolio on a day to day basis in the Flanders and Netherlands.
- Assess the needs of Key accounts by being a source of the proposal by gaining an understanding of their needs. This will be made thanks to a deep understanding of the CRO's solutions.
- Develop the Flemish turn-over and lead a plan of action in order to gain market shares north of Belgium.
- Meet Account Holders and understand the market requirements;
- Build and liven a solid network around the KOL's;
- Create effective communication channels towards Key customers.


This position of International Business Developer may lead to a BU creation in Flanders creation depending on results and the companies financial statement that is very favourable at this point of development.
