Social Worker - Transition Team - Training & Flexible Hours

NonStop's client, based in London, is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Transition Team.

This will be a permanent social worker role offering up to £37,000 a year with 26 days annual leave working on improving the transitioning services for young people going through transition from Children to Adult's services. You will be working with young people with a learning disability and/or physical disability between the ages of 14 and 25 years old and you main responsibilities will include assessments, reviews, support and care plans.

On top off that there will be a very high standard of training provided along with regular supervision and support to help you make a real difference to those in need within the area.

Requirements:

* Qualified Social Worker with relevant Degree
* Post qualification in the UK experience
* HCPC registration
* Full Clean driving license
