Job Details

The Faculty of Civil Engineering, Environmental and Geodetic Sciences at the Koszalin University of Technology is offering a position of assistant professor in Geodesy and Cartography.

- employees have all the state holidays,
- employees are entitles to take vacations in days depending on the seniority.
    

A candidate for the position should have:
  • PhD in Geodesy and Cartography.
  • Publication record in a relevant scientific discipline and experience in research results presentation
  • Programming skills (java, c++ or other language)
  • Teaching experience in the field of satellite geodesy, adjustment calculus and geoinformatics (minimum of 4 years)
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Polish languages

 

Candidates must submit the following documents:

  • application letter addressed to the rector,
  • personal questionnaire,
  • scientific CV,
  • publications list and tabular listing containing a period prior and following to the latest scientific promotion - taking under consideration the current scoring,
  • other documents and statements validating the requested criteria,
  • employment certificate from the previous employment post (in case of persons out of the Koszalin University of Technology).
  • The documentation of cadidates must be filed in the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Environmental and Geodetic Sciences of the Koszalin University of Technology.
  • The University reserves the right to cancel the contest without further notice.
  • No information on the results of the contest is explicit with a rebuff.

 

The Faculty reserves the right to end the competition without selecting a candidate. Not informing the candidate about the resutls of competition is tantamount to not accepting the offer.
