You will provide statistical support to a project funded by the National Institute of Health Research’s (NIHR), Health Service and Delivery Programme. You will work with other team members which will include liaison with the research team in Oxford. You will be responsible for preparing and writing the statistical sections of the final report for submission to the NIHR and drafting the paper for publication. Although working mainly on this specific project, you will also be required to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and may be required to contribute your expertise to complement other programmes of research within the CHSR, LIHS or School of Medicine. This might include contributing to the development and design of future research proposals, development of statistical methodologies, dissemination of findings in peer-reviewed journals and scientific conferences and teaching.
