Job Details

Interested in joining a biomedicine international training research programme? Have in mind a translational research project? If so, we are pleased to announce you that the 1st international BITRECS call is now open until March 31st 2018. Don’t miss the opportunity!

The present international and peer-reviewed call seeks to recruit the first 5 promising and motivated young postdoctoral clinician-scientists of the BITRECS training research programme.

What is Bitrecs?

The IDIBAPS launches BITRECS, a fellowship programme for excellent and highly motivated clinician-scientists to boost their research careers. BITRECS, supported by the European Commission, is a unique programme thanks to its network of 18 collaborative partner organisations.

Successful postdoctoral researchers will carry out a 3-year research only placement, comprising an international outgoing mobility stage of 12-18 months and a return phase of 18-24 months at IDIBAPS. To apply to BITRECS all candidates will have to present a 36-month research proposal fitted into one of the IDIBAPS research lines in which they will freely chose the research topic, their outgoing institution and supervisor.
IDIBAPS will offer 10 post-doctoral clinician-scientists positions. Each fellow will receive around 50.000€ as annual gross salary. They will also benefit from life-long training and networking opportunities especially related to career development, business and entrepreneurship.

You will find all the information at http://bitrecs.idibaps.org/
