Job Details

Our client is an International Automotive Market Leader specialising in technical products. The company seeks to further expand its activities by hiring a Sales Manager (B2B). The role is based in Belgium and it involves travelling opportunities in Europe. There will be an opportunity to work with major OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers all over the continent. It is a great chance to further develop your capabilities on an international scale!

You will be having major OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers as clients all over the continent with a special focus on countries where the automotive industry is highly developed.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing customer focus to the organization
  • Developing long-term client partnerships
  • Understanding the current and future needs of the market
  • Integration of these needs with business direction and manufacturing capabilities
  • Providing solutions to clients

The ideal candidate has:

  • Extensive Technical Sales experience
  • Experience with OEM clients is highly beneficial
  • Project Management skills are a plus
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, knowledge in German is a plus
  • Orientation towards establishing long-term client relationships
  • Passion about international sales
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel 40% of the time

For this permanent position our client offers uncapped commission along a competitive salary of EUR 55,000 - 60,000 and a company car, laptop and phone among other bonuses.
