Senior Structural Engineer - Team Leader - Leeds
Our client is a Mid-size company and is experiencing a high growth in the last few years, what leads them to constantly open new positions and expand their team. Therefore you can experience a progression to even more managerial position in the future.
They provide expertise and knowledge in various areas as Project Management, Building Surveying, Geotechnical and Geochemical Investigations and reporting, Infrastructure Design, Refurbishments and Flood Risk Assessments, all of which complement the core business of Civil, Building Services & Structural Engineering. Therefore you can enjoy various projects and develop your skill set.
Your daily tasks will include work on the design of various structural engineering projects within the engineering team which is responsible for the structural design of building for commercial, industrial, health, leisure, retail and residential sectors. Apart from that will be your responsibility also to manage a team of junior engineers and provide them technical training. Therefore your job won't be a routine cause every day will be different.
Requirements:
- Chartered Structural Engineer
- Hold a full UK Driving Licence
- 5 years of experience from Structural engineering
- Previous experience with leading team
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
