Role Purpose: Lead business analysis efforts to support clinical Spotfire project delivery
Span of Control: Positions reporting directly to this position: Clinical Solutions Consultants
Special Skills & Knowledge:
  • Experience with TIBCO Spotfire or similar visual analytics tool highly desirable.
  • Experience delivering data analytics solutions to external customers in the clinical field is required.
  • Develop business requirements and specifications for application consultants & data analysts to create efficient & effective solutions that map to business needs.
  • Familiar with drug discovery workflows within the R&D space is required.
  • Experience with eClinical EDC, CDM, IVRS/RTSM, CTMS systems such as Clintrial, Medidata Rave, Oracle LSH, SAS or other.
  • Experience with advanced statistics/analytics and big data technologies.
  • Strong customer facing experience in deploying COTS enterprise applications is required
  • Strong aptitude for learning and applying informatics technologies to business problems is required
  • Experience participating cross-functional teams and Agile Scrum services engagements is preferred
  • Knowledge of databases, data architecture and system design is preferred.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages is preferred.

  • Ability to assess situations from multiple viewpoints; communicate by presenting facts and data; challenge and debate issues of importance to the organization effectively.
Operational:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction during services engagements;
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, including working to identify opportunities for services expansion.
  • Execute project work plans with a focus on timely completion & risk mitigation.
  • Track and report on assigned project aspects on a regular basis.
  • Build application configurations and reports to specifications.
  • Revise and keep all project documents up-to-date.
  • Participate in team and customer meetings effectively.
