Job Details

Our client is a leading provider of automation systems on a global level. They are looking for a Sales Engineer who would be based in Belgium and cover the Eastern European market. It is a great chance to work for an expert company in the field and develop quickly on an international level. You will specialise with specific systems, thus gain a solid understanding of the products you will be selling. That will enable you to steadily develop the customer base abroad and increase the revenue streams.

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for selling our machines and services in Eastern Europe
  • Gathering the necessary information about existing and new market areas, new products and the competitive position of the company
  • Obtaining new customers and markets in the region
  • Developing initiatives to improve the business result, continuously monitor customer satisfaction and keep track of product knowledge

Your profile:

  • Technical bachelor degree or equivalent through experience
  • Some experience in sales activities and preferably in a technical environment
  • Strong interest in fine-technical machines and new technologies
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Willingness to travel to the region on a regular basis
  • Fluent in English and Dutch

For this permanent position our client is offering an attractive annual package of EUR 50,000 - EUR 55,000 plus bonuses and extras.
