Senior Programmer- Join a small team in West London- 12 mos+

Are you a programmer working with SAS and HADOOP or other big data systems looking to bring your expertise to a small team on an annual contract with the opportunity to extend? You will join a close-knit team of 7 or 8 programmers, committed to getting the job done and working autonomously alongside each other. My clients are looking for the right contractor to start as soon as possible, and would love to hear from you if:

* You have at least 3-4 years experience working with HADOOP or similar large observational data sources like CPRD or THIN
* You have worked in epidemiological/statistical programming, preferably with excellent SAS skills - but excellent R programmers with some SAS knowledge will also be considered
* Are an experienced multi-tasker, able to deliver projects in short timeframes and occasionally balance more than one project at once
* You are keen to join a team environment producing analysis datasets and statistical analyses and reports for observational research studies within a major market leader in the pharmaceutical industry.
