Silicones product formulations - Senior R&D specialist

This is a senior position for a strong R&D candidate, with proven experience for silicones synthesis and defining product requirements. As it is a senior role, you will have the chance to do formulations and analyses for the products you make. At the same time you will be closely involved with upscaling and have a lot of client contact, going on site and helping the toll manufacturers to do upscaling in their plant.

My client is midsized chemical company, active in the production of silicones products for a variety of applications. They have been growing over the last couple of years and have a diverse portfolio. The have an open company culture, where new ideas are always welcomed, allowing you to play an active part in the development of the future of the business. At the same time you will work closely with regulatory, engineering, purchase, product line managers, customers and sales.

To be successful:
* At least 7 years of Synthesis experience for Silicones
* Master of Phd
* Fluency in English
* Good communication skills and a proactive mind-set
* Valid EU Passport
* Living in the Roermond (Netherlands) area, or willing to relocate
