Senior Mechanical Design Engineer- Calculations focus

Our client is a specialised engineering company working on projects across the aerospace, nuclear and marine industries to provide specialist engineering solutions. With such a variety of industries there is a constant flow of unique projects that the teams have to provide for and as such the work of the design engineers is always about taking a new perspective.

Our client is a well established engineering firm that has built up clients across the globe. Working on various prestigious projects they have developed a reputation for providing the best solutions in each industry whilst providing one of the opportunities in terms of training and development for each employee.

You will undertake the design aspects for the mechanical requirements on various projects whilst supporting both in-house teams and the various clients. Working alongside various other teams you will aim to deliver the very best on each project.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years working in Mechanical engineering and design, with a focus on calculations over drawings.

Experience working with CAD and ideally Inventor.

A relevant degree in Mechanical engineering.
