Executive Assistant, New Fintech, Strong Growth Potential, Payment Solutions within Blockchain, 50% (Part Time)

Superb opportunity to work with an exciting and young Fintech company who are expanding within Zug. Specifically the company has a number of very interesting projects within blockchain and is well funded with plans to expand across the DACH region. We are specifically looking for someone to help assist senior management on daily tasks from office management to administrative tasks. What makes this role particularly appealing is the chance to work part time and the fact that with growth, there could be long term opportunities for the right person.

Basic Role Requirements:

• Support to senior members of staff covering meetings, travel and calls.
• Completion of Purchase Orders and office budgets
• Meeting notes and front office tasks
• Contract management

Role Requirements:

• Fluency in German and English
• Experience in budgeting and purchase orders
• Over 2 years experience in administration in Switzerland
• Experience within Fintech/Blockchain/Finance is preferred
