Medical Informator - Live in sunny Lisbon

Working the afternoon shift (2 PM - 10:30 PM or 5 PM - 1:30 AM, according to your preference), you will be responsible for answering inquiries from medical professionals, providing precise and scientifically accurate information about the clients' product, and supporting the inquiries as needed. This entails:

- Handling HCP inquiries via calls, emails, web
- Recording each inquiry in the appropriate system
- Participating in scientific trainings to better support the brands you will work with
- Providing excellent levels of customer service

To be right for this position, you will need to have:

- A healthcare degree (Pharma, BSN, Biopharma…)
- Professional or internship experience in medical information would be beneficial
- English to the highest professional standard
- A communicative, friendly attitude
