Lead Consultant - International CRO - Switzerland

I'm currently working with one of Europe's largest CRO's and Consultancy who work closely with clients to assist within Research and Development coupled with Regulatory Affairs. As a result of continued success, hey are now looking for a Lead Regulatory Consultant to join their UK or Swiss offices on a permanent basis.

This is an exciting time for a senior consultant to take the next step in their career where you will take the lead on client projects ands manage all aspects from new regulatory developments to technical expertise. This will offer a new challenge to any regulatory professional while keeping things dynamic and stimulating.

Part of this role will be ensuring that client's regulatory strategies and objectives will offer them long term success to improving time to market. This will mean a move away from an operational role where you will get to focus on strategy development while becoming the go to person in the market within Chemicals and Agrochemicals industry.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to mentor other members of the team members and helping them with their professional development and help you to develop your management skills to help you get to the next stage of your career.

Key Requirements:

• A Scientific Education within a related field Chemistry, Biology, Toxicology
• Significant experience EU within Regulatory Affairs for Chemicals and Agrochemicals
• Ability to design and manage full projects on behalf of clients
• Taking and advisory and consultative approach with clients
• Some people management is not necessary but would be advantageous
• A professional level of English and another European Language
