Job Details

I am currently recruiting a sales professional with strong leadership skills looking to step up in a strategic role. The person will manage a mixed sales network in a market in strong growth.

As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for building the sales network, defining sales strategy and expanding business relations for the industry portfolio. You will take on a regional role at manager level, giving you a lot of responsibility within Southern Italy. Your team will look to you for guidance on the sales strategy, as well as for advice and support as you all work together to maximise sales success.

This is the ideal role for an area manager with previous experience in managing mixt teams who are looking to take a step up in their career.
Key Requirements for this Area Manager position include:
 At least 7 years of sales experience within medical devices/consumables for the hospital channel.
 At least 3 years in a management role(agents, distributors, direct sales force)
 Based in Campania or Puglia
