Job Details
To provide the best support to our students the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills during application and interview:
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- Significant experience of customer service
- Ability to positively contribute to teamwork, as well as the confidence to work independently
- A proactive approach
Enabling Services is one of the services within Student Services at the University. Services offered by Student Services range from an Early Years Centre providing a childcare facility for children up to the age of 5 to our Residences team, our out-of-hours support for students in Halls, and some of the biggest and best leisure facilities in the area. Please note, being able to work flexibly is a requirement as you will be part of a rota that operates from 8am–6pm across weekdays and occasional weekend working is required for Open Days, Arrivals weekend and Enabling Services Transition Days.
