The University of Queensland Library
The Library is integral to achieving world-class scholarship at The University of Queensland. The Library’s staff work in partnership with the academic and health community to provide convenient access to quality information, and to manage and provide access to UQ scholarship. The Library provides information services that are customisable to individual needs and which recognise disciplinary perspectives and their information requirements. The Library engages with the community to foster scholarship and strengthens the culture of collaboration and partnership within the University.
The role
The focus of this position will be to coordinate and provide direction to the Library on the user experience of its services, the development of its online presence, and the analysis of its business practices.
The person
Applicants should possess great collaborative and motivation skills with a solid background in improving the user experience, particularly online interfaces, using analysis methodologies and design processes, and have a sound understanding of business analysis techniques.

Remuneration
This is a full-time, continuing appointment at HEW Level 8. The remuneration package will be in the range $92,811.16 - $100,412.40 p.a., plus employer superannuation contributions of up to 17% (total package will be in the range $111,494.97 - $133,381.93 p.a.).
