Academic Facilitator (2 positions) (25 hours per week) (academic year)

Duties and responsibilities:
Facilitate the Skills and Competencies for Lifelong Learning module and/or the Psychology module in the University Access Programme on the Bloemfontein Campus and/or the South Campus.
Assist with duties related to assessment e.g. marking and invigilation.
Keep student records in terms of marks, attendance and other administrative tasks in relation to facilitation.
Attend training sessions as required.
Inherent requirements:

Bachelor’s degree with Psychology as a major.

A good academic record.
Required competencies:
-
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
-
Good facilitation, organisational and administrative skills.
-
Ability to function independently, as well as in a team.
-
Intermediate skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Recommendations:
-
One (1) year facilitation experience in the University Access Programme.
-
Honour’s degree in Psychology.

Salary:
