Territory Manager - Uncapped commission
Are you an experienced medical sales professional eager to get back as much as you put into your work? Our client, a medical devices company specialising in orthopaedics, is currently looking for a Territory Manager for the Oxfordshire and Bedfordshire territory, and they are planning on rewarding the right candidate with an uncapped commission structure.
This would enable the right candidate to truly get from the position as much as they put into it, seeing hard work recognised financially - buy a house, drive that sports car, take that trip around the world! In addition to this advantageous commission structure, the company also guarantees, for the first 12 months, a 1k monthly bonus independent from performance.
For this position, the right candidate will have:
- 1 to 3 years of sales experience with orthopaedics products
- A solid network in the territory
- Motivation to positively impact the business and grow within it
