Nonstop Recruitment is currently recruiting for an Independent Specialist Brain Injury Neurological Care and Rehabilitation Service in South East London. They are looking for both an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join their team.
Days will be varied and you will be working independently with patients with complex acquired neurological communication and swallowing impairments both on an individual and group basis. You will also be collaborating in coordinating the SLT team and assisting in the design, coordination and running of training sessions.
This will be the perfect opportunity to progress your skills within the specialist field of Brain Injury, as well as progress to a managerial position within the company.
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold a recognized BSc or recognized postgraduate diploma in speech and language therapy and be registered with the HCPC
* Be a registered member of the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists with a current license to practice
* Hold specialist level dysphagia competency on the RCSLT framework
* Have demonstrable experience with aphasia, cognitive-communication disorder, dysarthria, apraxia and dysphagia
