Service Manager-Adolescents Team- New Project
£45 - £48 per hour
My client, a Local Authority with a very good reputation in the South East of England, is currently looking for a Service Manager for their Adolescent Service. In this position, you will be working with the Head of Service in order to develop the complex high risk adolescent service that is currently starting as a pilot.
This is a multi-agency project concentrating on developing a practice model to support most complex adolescents. The aim of this project is to manage the risks posed, increasing the child to remain living safely in the area. You will therefore help with the development of the practice model through the pilot, which means that you will have the opportunity to join the team at this stage and to contribute and influence the way forward.
Ideal Candidate
- Senior Management experience
- Experience in managing Managers
