My client is looking for a skilled Key Account Manager who can meet challenging targets and develop powerful networks, created significant and meaningful change through effective and efficient management.
In return to a display of excellent commercial skills and a strong ability to create successful long-lasting business relationships, you will be able to have access to the in and outs of a company which was, is and will remain consistently successful and learn more from a top player in the Industry.
In order to strenghten their young and international team, a dinamyc personality with a continous learning attitude is needed.
Your tasks
Development and presentation of the annual customer-specific strategy to the sales management
Compilation of the annual planning incl. Sales, contribution margin and cost targets based on the national sales strategy
Operational implementation of the annual planning including continuous observation and analysis of the customer and market development
Personal support of the assigned key accounts and contact with the appropriate contact points
Representation of all aspects of customer business development in internal committees and active participation as a contribution to the orientation of the overall business
your profile
Completed sound business education (University or University of Applied Sciences)
At least 3 years experience in a comparable position
Knowledge of the Swiss retail landscape is an advantage, ideally in the field of beauty care
Excellent communication skills in native German / Swiss German; Business fluent French and English
