Job Details

NEOMA Business School was created through the merger of Rouen Business School and Reims Management School in 2013. As it continues to build on its internationally excellent research, strong corporate links and extensive business partnerships, NEOMA is set to become a top European business school in the next few years. In the recently published Financial Times ranking 2017, NEOMA is ranked among the top 50 European business schools.

Building on its inherent strengths, the clear and ambitious strategic intent of NEOMA will enable the School to deliver its compelling mission. NEOMA will be a business school known for rigorous research conducted to the highest international academic standards, for its position as a key corporate partner working intelligently and responsively with business, and as an institution which trains and develops business leaders and entrepreneurs equipped for sustained success in the corporate world.

NEOMA’s two hundred permanent academic staff, seven academic departments, and suite of academic programmes offer full coverage across all business and management disciplines. Alongside this comprehensive coverage, NEOMA is making a clear strategic priority of further developing its existing strength in three strong, cross-functional areas of Leadership and Agility, Entrepreneurship, and Personal and Professional Development, with a well-resourced resolve to become one of the world’s leading business schools in these areas.

In line with this, the School now seeks to appoint a Professor in Entrepreneurship. This is an exciting opportunity for an internationally excellent research scholar whose work is oriented towards the real world and involves collaboration with corporate and business partners. As well as a research focus on Entrepreneurship, the appointee will lead research and teaching in this area, share the vision of the School and be keen to play a key role in driving the School forward to achieve its ambition. Candidates will be expected to have a PhD or equivalent in a relevant research area, a proven track record in securing external funding and managing research projects, and a record of successful engagement with international research networks.

Salary will be competitive and commensurate with experience.

The closing date for applications is 09.00 CET on Monday 19th February 2018.
