My client is offering an exciting opportunity for a proven Business Development & Sales Manager, committed to driving business performance across a range of multinational accounts and major accounts in a lot of different applications. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager your main markets will be in Polyurethanes, Adhesives, Coatings, Elastomers whilst also leading key projects and all commercial activities within a global account portfolio.
To strengthen their team, further develop the organic intermediates position in the European market, and bring it to a higher level with value-added products, they are looking for a (m/f) Business Development & Sales Manager.
Your missions:
* Marketing and sales of organic products in Europe
* Maintaining existing business and excellent relations with customers
* Identifying new market needs and opportunities
* Closely collaborating with our colleagues in Asia to find the right solutions for our customers
Your profile:
* Bachelor or Master degree in Organic Chemistry
* Experienced and result-driven sales professional (+5 years)
* Proven track record in successfully developing new business
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Excellent analytical skills
* Fluent in English, Dutch and/or German is a plus
