Business development & sales manager wanted for an exciting opportunity in Amsterdam.
The company provides innovative products for chemical and speciality material products. It plays a vital role in providing a variety of products, such as polyurethane catalysts, fine chemicals, polymers, zeolites, for example. You'll be part of a big group with 100 branches worldwide and be working in a multicultural environment.
It's a great opportunity for someone who wants to work for a recognised company and evolve in a multicultural environment which will broaden and enhance your experience as well as expand your network as you'll be in charge of EMEA areas.
Your responsibilities:
- Marketing and sales of our organic intermediate products in Europe
- Maintaining existing business and excellent relations with customers as well as agents
- Identifying new market needs, business applications and opportunities
- Closely collaborating with our colleagues (sales and R&D team) in Japan to find the appropriate solutions for our customers
Your profile:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Organic Chemistry
- Sales experience (+5 years)
- Strategic thinker and a 'bridge builder'
- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Dutch and/or German is a plus
