Job Details

Be the future go to go person in QHSE for one of the companies leaders of the market Food et Beverage. With a total of 150 employees on the site and 4 production lines. The person in charge QHSE has to be capable of being able to set up a strategy and insure the statutory policy of the group.

The QHSE Manager is directly attached to the site manager, and a member of the site management team. They are responsible for :

  • Ensuring the factory's compliance with legal and internal requirements in terms of worker safety, quality, food safety, and environment.
  • Ensuring, at the least cost, the compliance of the products supplied by the factory, optimizing the utilisation of the human and material resources available to it and guaranteeing food safety,
  • Providing support in the form of expertise, analysis, advice and training for the operational services, particularly production and maintenance.
  • Implementing the necessary means to be compliant with the QCMS requirements.
  • Driving site certification measures and their renewal.
  • Strengthening and developing their service.

Qualifications

With a doctoral degree in QHE Engineering, you will have at least approximately 5 years' experience in the area of Quality, Safety and Environment. You must have experience in an industrial environment (food-processing, pharmaceutics, cosmetics…) in an expert or managerial role, where you have participated in the strategic decisions of your site and achieved convincing results.
