TeamLeader Industrial Engineering - Global Diagnostics Leader - Germany
Global medical diagnostics leader with a manufacturing site in Baden Wuerttemberg is looking for a Team leader for the Industrial Engineering department. If you have already gained some experience in leadership and have strong background in industrial engineering - look no further.
Within this company you will not only be influencing the manufacturing of the latest medical devices (life saving cancer diagnostics), but will also lead various projects and specialise in cutting edge instrument technology. You will be leading a team of 5 and will collaborate in product creation and manufacturing. This is a role that will allow you to combine your industrial engineering background, quality assurance experience and also leadership skills. The company will allow you to grow and develop, progress within the organisation into more senior director level roles.
Skills Required:
- Leadership experience in industrial manufacturing environment
- Engineering Background
- Six Sigma, Lean production
- FMEA, Design to assembly and design to cost experience
- German language is a must, since some people you manage will not speak English.
