With some exciting product launches planned for the next three years my client is looking to bring on board an experienced PV Physician to help transition these products from development to marketing and support all the post marketing activities that go along with this process.

They require a candidate who has vast experience working within a PV environment and post-registration clinical experience. In return they are showing their flexibility by offering the position to be based out of their Surrey offices for more southern candidates or out of their Scottish offices, which are both commutable for the respective closest cities (Surrey and Edinburgh.) With these product launches there will be a continuous flow of work allowing you to be hands on with new and innovative products, not just one new product with all hopes of the company relying on this one item, there are plans in place for sustained product launches ensuring you are always working with new items.

As I mentioned they are offering the ability to be based in their Surrey and Scottish offices. Both are within a 1 hr commute of the centres of London and Edinburgh by both public transport and by car so no matter how you plan on getting to work you will be able to commute. They do also offer Bike to work schemes as a voluntary benefit.

The following requirements apply for all candidates:

• Medically qualified physician with post-registration clinical experience and significant experience within pharmacovigilance or related area of clinical development
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to pharmacovigilance in the pre and post approval environments is desirable
• Demonstrable managerial skills and leadership potential
• Ability to work in a matrix, remote organisation and international cross-functional teams
• Experience in the use and management of Drug Safety Databases and MedDRA coding.
• Fluent in English
