Our client is a leading technical company specialising in Machine Sales and Aftermarket parts supply. They are looking to hire a Commerical Parts Coordinator in the Netherlands. The company is a global leader within its market and is offering the possbility to add a prestigious experience to your profile. Main Responsibilities:
- Coordinating customer and operational support in the area of parts
- Sales and customer care along with other related activity, providing timely inputs to resolve issues connected with order management and customer satisfaction.
- Providing customer care and support, process escalations as appropriate to keep business running smoothly.
- Alerting business teams to issues relating to customer care and the likely impact
- Providing expertise in Parts business and work towards resolution of issues
- Serving as the point of contact for customer related concerns as it relates to parts sales and shipments.
Your profile:
- Bachelor Degree
- Fluent in English, additional languages are a big plus
- Experience in parts / warehousing / logistics / supply chain
- Experience in International shipping or Transport
- Customer service experience
- Aftermarket parts business knowledge
- ERP Management software experience
