Job Details
Vous allez analyser les besoins, les espaces d'améliorations, et entreprendre des actions pour optimiser la productivité. Vous mettrez en place, suivrez et analyserez les KPI, pour mettre en place les actions nécessaires afin de se développer.
Après avoir travaillé sur l'optimisation de la production du site, vous prendrez la direction du troisième site de production en construction. Vous aurez les cartes de votre évolution entre vos mains.
Votre profil :
- 5 ans d'expérience sur un site de production
- Connaissance du Lean Manufacturing
- Certifié 6 sigma
Le groupe, est un groupe cosmétique ambitieux et qui travaille pour arriver au sein du top 20 de la Cosmétique dans les 3 Prochains années, vous ferez face à des challenge d'amélioration continue pour suivre l'évolution du groupe, vous évoluerez avec la fonction et le groupe.
