CHILDREN WITH DISABILITIES - EXCELLENT TRAINING AND SUPPORT
My client is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join their Children with Disabilities team.
This Local Authority is focusing on the quality of their services delivered to young people in the local community.
- Therefore they're working towards decreasing caseload for social workers to the level of 16.
- It means, that after joining the team you will not be overloaded with work and will have enought time to focus on quality of your assessment and relationships with families.
On the top of that, they're offering excellent training for supervision and management, even for their locum staff. It means, that you will be able to gain new skills and therefore boost your future career. Current management is very much looking for people who want to step up and constantly develop themselves.
Location: East Midlands
Pay rate: £27-£29 per hour (depending on experience)
