Compliance Officer- International and Top Tech Designed Financial Products-Paris

My client, a successful company in finance and technology sector, is looking for a Compliance Officer. Based on powerful and proprietary cutting-edge technologies, it designs derivative investment products focused on long-term investment, capital protection and yield enhancement. This is a great occasion to be part of a top level European company in long -term investment products which means evolving in a multicultural environment and potentially travel across Europe and worldwide in the different offices.

Your tasks:

- Watch of regulatory changes and management of local regulatory constraints
- Drafting and review of specific compliance manuals, policies, procedures, risk assessments and compliance monitoring programs
- Develop and provide training on relevant topics (AML, Conduct risk, regulatory changes…)
- Advise and watch out for applicable conduct rules and KYC/AML requirements AML responsibility for the Paris branch

Your profile:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in financial industry
- At least 3 years in a role as Compliance Responsible/MLRO
- Legal background, LLM or bar exam of advantage
- Fluent in English and French (additional languages are of advantage)
