Do you want to deliver and roll out a shared services centre for overall programme management at a company that has a strong, positive impact across the world?


My client is looking for an experienced programme manager to join a team of experienced individuals now, delivering a global Business Services programme that focuses on programme management methodologies across the world to ensure cost reduction, improved service and an overall transformation engine for continuous improvement for the company.

This opportunity is not only the chance to work on an innovative programme but also on a programme that is global, ensuring you're constantly developing and building your portfolio. This will lead to bigger, greater opportunities after this contract is up and ultimately mean you'll get the chance to grow into new, exciting positions next year.


You will:


* Establish a solid and top-quality programme management methodology and toolkit
* Define consistent work product and processes
* Ensure and implement overall governance for the programme
* Implement RAID logs
* Manage several work streams, ensuring key milestones are met efficiently and on time
* Perform quality reviews on programme
* Understand and manage the programme's risk exposure, escalating functional and quality risks and issues to the Head of the programme.
* Monitor, report and reach the key milestones alongside time and financial deadlines
* Communicate with stakeholders around plans and activities.


Your profile


* Managing and delivering global transformation programmes
* Extensive knowledge in leveraging project and portfolio management techniques and methodologies
* Previous experience in a fast, dynamic global organisations, preferably
* Strong stakeholder management and maintaining key relationships across departments
* A person up for a challenge and to make a positive impact on a global company
* Solutions oriented and analytical
* Work well under pressure
