Customer Services Advisor (Wellbeing)

The part time hours are for 21 hours per week, the successful applicant will need to be available to work 5 days a week, Monday to Friday between 10am and 3pm. The hours are flexible within the times stated.

Enabling Services offer support, advice and guidance to all students with disabilities, mental health conditions, specific learning difficulties, and on-going health conditions, together with crisis and counselling services for all students. 

To provide the best support to our students the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following skills during application and interview:-

• Excellent communication and IT skills
• Significant experience of customer service
• Ability to positively contribute to teamwork, as well as the confidence to work independently
• A proactive approach

Enabling Services is one of the services within Student Services at the University. Services offered by Student Services range from an Early Years Centre providing a childcare facility for children up to the age of 5 to our Student Life team, our out-of-hours support for students in Halls, and some of the biggest and best leisure facilities in the area.

Please note, being able to work flexibly is a requirement as you will be part of a rota that operates from 8am–6pm across weekdays and occasional weekend working is required for Open Days, Arrivals weekend and Enabling Services Transition Days.
