Assistant Officer (post level 13) (contract appointment: 1 year)

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Capture membership agreements and payments (financial data) and access related enrollments on sub-systems (Itensity).
  • Assist with balancing membership fees captured on sub-system (Itensity) and month-end summaries.
  • Assist with the processing of debit order runs and all relevant tasks related to debit order payments, that is verifying bank mandate documents and related tasks.
  • Attend to queries related to gym contracts and fees (walk-ins, telephonic, email).
  • Capture High Performance athletes' monthly access (monthly summaries to be compiled for invoicing to KovsieSport).
  • Contribute towards the effective and efficient functioning of the gym finances.
  • Attend to gymnasium payments and assist with finance queries.
  • Assist with general reception administration.
  • Capture monthly ad-hoc-claims for KovsieGym Group Instructors. 
  • Inherent requirements:

    • Grade 12.

    Recommendations:

  • Experience with gym management software, and/or gym reception/administration duties.
