Faculty Health Sciences Department Exercise and Sport Sciences KovsieFit Assistant Officer (post level 13) (contract appointment: 1 year) Job ID: 2202 Duties and responsibilities:
Capture membership agreements and payments (financial data) and access related enrollments on sub-systems (Itensity).
Assist with balancing membership fees captured on sub-system (Itensity) and month-end summaries.
Assist with the processing of debit order runs and all relevant tasks related to debit order payments, that is verifying bank mandate documents and related tasks.
Attend to queries related to gym contracts and fees (walk-ins, telephonic, email).
Capture High Performance athletes' monthly access (monthly summaries to be compiled for invoicing to KovsieSport).
Contribute towards the effective and efficient functioning of the gym finances.
Attend to gymnasium payments and assist with finance queries.
Assist with general reception administration.
Capture monthly ad-hoc-claims for KovsieGym Group Instructors.
Experience with gym management software, and/or gym reception/administration duties.
