My client, a global leader in vitro diagnostics, is expanding its sales unit and needs an experienced sales person who is performance driven. You should want to make a difference and help the company grow their leadership position in a changing marketplace.

Their Head of Sales actually started as a sales person with them and he rapidly progressed into management which only shows that the company invests and promotes its employees.

You will:


- Lead the company's strategic goals and sales effort to grow market share on the territory
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with current key and senior level customers
- Identify key senior level decision makers and create a clearly defined business development strategy to secure new business at each account.
- Coordinate and manage customer site visits and demonstrations within the UK and abroad


You need:


* Minimum 5-Years sales experience with proven history of success in the Clinical Laboratories Diagnostics industry
* Experience in analysing sales / commercial data and identifying key trends
* Solid trends' understanding in the diagnostic market
* Experience in Automation and lab lean design / workflow, would be advantageous.
