PHP Digital Developer - Government Contract
Are you a PHP developer looking for a new contract? The UK Government is looking for you for a 12-month digital transformation project. This is long contract to give you stability, as well as a good way to obtain security clearance which will then give you a competitive advantage over other candidates when applying for future contracts.
To join the team you will need to have:
- PHP development experience (3 years minimum)
- Knowledge of PHP Unit tests and mocking objects
- Experience working with Javascript, Docker, Linux and/or Mac OS
- Data management and migration knowledge (Doctrine, Doctrine 2, PostgreSQL and other relational databases)
And you will get:
- 12-month contract
- Birmingham or Nottingham as possible location, with occasional travel to London required
- A maximum pay rate of 479 pounds per day
- Sponsorship for a BPSS/DBS security clearance
- Position outside of IR35
- The chance to bring a colleague with you: two positions are open on the same team
