I am working with a financial consultancy that are looking for a Senior Consultant to join the Digital & Cultural change team and work in providing value in financial institutes within Switzerland.

The Role

Working as a Consultant at manager level you will be working on a variety of Digital &Cultural Transformation projects. The wide scope of transformation projects that you will be working on will be inherent in adding value to financial institutions. You will be working on people focused missions where restructuring and reorganisation will be key. Whilst the people transformation element of the role is important, in addition you will advise on more digital approaches that organisations can use. You will need to be strategic in your approach and be able to provide a clear business strategy.

Requirements
* 5-10 years experience in consulting
* Change Management/People focused transformation
* Experience leading and managing in complex business environments
