Working closely with your line manager, your role will be focused on developing cosmetics products in the field of natural cosmetics; this will be a great opportunity for you to develop new skills by working for innovative company.

Main duties include:

* Carrying out pilot plant pilot planting, scaling-up to production scale, and the resulting manufacturing specifications and filling instructions.
* Validation of developments to market maturity
* Coordination of processes within a development process
* Testing of new and alternative raw materials for suitability in terms of product quality
* Sample production for customers
* You develop cosmetic products in the field of natural cosmetics
* Supervision of initial approaches in internal production

Regarding experience my client is looking for people with a background in chemistry within the natural cosmetics industry. This is an English and German speaking environment but experience in Germany or the EU is needed.
