The School is seeking to appoint an outstanding individual to make a significant contribution to the School’s Masters and Undergraduate programmes. Able to teach across the broad field of education, we are particularly looking for someone with a strong track record in Education Leadership and/or Management able to lead and further develop our provision. This is a full academic role, and the post-holder’s contribution will span scholarship, teaching, research and administration.

 

The successful individual will play a significant role in the school’s research community, should be able to contribute strongly to doctoral supervision, secure significant research grants, and produce high quality publications. The post holder would be expected to actively participate in the work of one of the existing research centres.


Teaching responsibilities for the role will be shaped according to best fit, but there are opportunities to teach across a wide range of Masters, Undergraduate and Doctoral level teaching across our UK and Hong Kong Programmes. Role holders are expected to take responsibility for unit design, building strong links between their research and their teaching practice.
