NonStop Technical is working with the European leader in Automotive B2B Services. They are looking to hire a Sales Manager who will cover the European market and will be in charge of several Key Account Managers. The company is a leader in its market and has already established a solid business network in EMEA. This is a great chance to work on an international level, establish strong connections and expand your own professional network.

Your reponsibilities will include:

  • Developing a commercial strategy comprising of Contract strategy, Sales strategy, Business Development strategy
  • Actively contributing to develop and implement a strategic sales plan for potential and current clients
  • Develop a long term strategy in close cooperation with main partners
  • Be responsible and manage the Business team and Account team (including the Key Account Managers)
  • Secure and further develop the existing contracts to generate additional business by extending the assistance cooperation to other trust-marks of the allocated customer and offering the whole ARC Europe product-portfolio
  • Develop new (insurance related) products and services together with colleagues from Business Development and Marketing

Your profile:

  • Extensive experience in Automotive Sales / Business Development in the insurance / finance (leasing) sector
  • A hunter profile
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a strong asset
  • Team player
  • Willing to travel regularly around Europe

For this permanent position our client offers a competitive salary in the range of EUR 80,000 - EUR 95,000 plus bonuses.
