Job Details

One of my highly exclusive clients just got a vacancy open as a area sales manager. This job is for you who are a real "hunter" and knows what it takes to build your market of clients. You are required to have 10 years of experience in sales in the field. Agrochemical knowledge is something you must hold and also speaking fluently in Russian and English.


My client is a young company and is very fast growing and dynamic. This means that there will be quick decision making, new project takes place in no time and there will be no bureaucracy to slow things down.


As this position is as an area sales manager, you will be responsible for the whole CIS region. This is a big region to take care of so you will have really great opportunities to gain responsibilities and becoming key member of the company.


To apply you must have these following qualifications:
* Ability to handle multiple strategies on a timely basis and with a high degree of accuracy.
* Independence to work effectively without regular supervision.
* Excellent interpersonal communication/listening skills to work effectively and coordinate actions within a global team
* Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, in Agriculture.
* More than 10 years within the industry
* Led business development strategies whilst holding regional responsibilities for at least 4 years.
* Proficiency both in Russian/Ukrainian and in English

The salary will be from 3000-5000$/month+add benefits like car, bonus.
