A manufacturing company is currently hiring for a Quality Control Supervisor to expand their team.
The challenge in this opportunity is that you will be supervising technicians with different seniorities; they can be starters or senior technicians, so you will have to be able to keep them interested in the job and make sure everything is being done according with the plan.

What are we looking for:
- Experience in managing a team
- Good knowledge of analytical techniques
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Previous experience working in GMP environment
- Flexibility
- Hands-on attitude
What will you be doing:
Some of your tasks are too supervisor a team of 7-10 technicians, some starters and some already senior.
Because you have a good knowledge of working in the laboratory you will be responsible to troubleshoot.
