Job Details
One of my clients is looking for a social worker to join their developing long term team. They are looking for someone who can help to take their team from strength to strength, their hard work and commitment to this is reflected in their Ofsted ratings, which an Ofsted inspection praised as having had 'substantial progresses'.
There has been dramatic change within the local authority within the last few years, as they have worked hard to bring their Ofsted ratings up. They are looking for someone who will work hard to help them continue on their current trajectory, and who can personally develop themselves. They want their social workers to be successful, and support them to continue their development, meaning that they have more success and progression in the future.
They offer plenty of support in return for your hard work, although the role is contract, there are social workers that have stayed for 12-14 months longer than their initial contract term, offering you the chance of stability but with the benefits of a contract role.
