Trade Marketing Manager - Natural Skincare - Paris (H/F)

I'm currently working with a Skin-Care company based in Paris who put a strong emphasis on developing on the best natural products. To support increase existing market share, they are now looking for a Trade Marketing and Communications Manager to coordinate a team of marketing specialists.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly experienced Marketing professional who has had a core focus within developing and implementing B2B strategies within the cosmetics industry to step into a managerial role. In addition, they are a mid-sized (PME) company that are looking for someone to take control of coordinating all marketing activities while still have an operational aspect to the role. This offers the ultimate challenge within a very dynamic role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop B2B Marketing Communications
• Increase market visibility through multiple platforms
• Manage marketing team of 4 people
• Coordinate with sales team
• Evaluate competitor strategy

Key Requirements:

• Educational background related to Marketing
• Around 5 years experience within B2B Marketing
• Experienced within cosmetics industry *
• Ideally focused within Skin-Care product categories
• Strong grasp of Digital Marketing/Social Media tools
• Ability to coordinate marketing team
• A professional proficiency in French and English
